Additional Terms

You will be required to be at The Coffee Bar & Kitchen to enjoy your afternoon tea; you can request it to be delivered, however this may require us to charge you for delivery fees only. We will only be able to provide the experience on any open day (Monday - Saturday) between the hours of 10am - 4pm (or 3pm on Saturday); please note we are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays and 22nd December 2024 - 5th January 2025 inclusive. You must redeem your afternoon tea within 12 months of receiving it from ourselves; after 12 months, if not redeemed, the prize becomes void. If you win, you can only claim one free afternoon tea for two. To book, you will need to contact us via email at hello@coffeebarkitchen.co.uk to confirm your chosen date. If you book and are not able to attend, you must let us know 24 hours before cancelling; cancelling within 24 hours of your booking (without a valid excuse) may mean we charge you the cost of the afternoon tea to cover our expenses. You must be 18 or older (at the point of completing the form) to enter. The competition closes on 31st May 2024 at 17:00 and entries after this date will not count. You must not enter more than once (multiple entries will mean all your entries will be deleted). There is only one free afternoon tea to be won. The number of cones will be counted by ourselves and our say is final in this competition. The nearest correct answer will win; if there are two or more people with the same out or the exact right answer, then there will be a random draw to decide the winner. If we subsequently find that the winner is not valid (e.g. they entered twice, they are not 18 or over etc) then the second winner will take the prize. Google account users should use the form found on the webpage, non Google users are still permitted to enter by emailing us directly to enter; you can do so here. Please make it clear you are entering the cones competition to win a free afternoon tea and how many cones you believe there are, along with your phone number. If you do not make it clear you are entering the competition or leave out any of the information above, your entry will not count. Good luck!
